Change the name of the HG-89 and add mass and manufacturer to DTS-J1

- Changes the HG-89 name to the HG-61, to be closer in value to the HG-55 it is equivalent to. Name is a reference to the 1961 Venera 1 probe, which from what I can tell was the first probe with a flexible deploying dish antenna, though its mechanism was very different from the HG-61. Addresses #406
- Raise the mass of the DTS-J1 antenna to 55kg. Addresses #405
- Add manufacturer tag to the DTS-J1. Addresses #404
