32a85bab65 Move all usage of NFProps to a patch file
• Move Near Future Props usage to a compatibility patch file so its no longer a dependency. Without NFProps installed the IVAs will still be fully usable, just missing some decorations

4f7daf82b3 Move boattails to end of variant list
Move boattails for the Restock MH engine plates to the end of the variant list to fix compatability with stock due to a weird stock bug with the variant switcher.

11a8f151ef Move airlock ring to airlock part and add variants
Since ModuleJettison doesnt work with docking ports for some bizarre reason, the tank ring for the inflatable airlock is not a variant of the airlock part instead of a shroud on the KV-series pods.

6153434179 Always use fallback launch clamp implementation in flight
Instanced rendering doesnt work with lighting correctly in Unity, so we cant use it in the flight scene.
