nvttSetOutputOptionsContainer [and NvttContainer, KTX/DDS10 formats can now be set as the output container]
nvttSetOutputOptionsSrgbFlag
nvttSetOutputOptionsErrorHandler [rearranged NvttError enum to match layout of nvtt::error]
