cb98e78a3f New LightingKSP to solve some issues with Deferred
Deferred moves the ambient calculation to the lighting pass for very good reasons, but Unity shaders still try to do it in the base pass. Easy solution is make the GI function a no-op in deferred mode.

0b15a3125c Fix bounds antialiasing on text
Previously the gradient was being calculated before taking the boundaries into account, resulting in the edges being too hard or too soft

f78093bbb6 Major shader overhaul
• All shaders merged into one using shader variants
• new SDF-based antialiasing engine
