5a7f101155 Nuke UpdateTexture
• It never gets called except with UpdateMaterial, and UpdateMaterial isnt very heavy
• Also add a check for if the text changed in ModuleTextDecal to avoid calling a bunch of code unnecessarily. Only really affects editor performance when adjusting sliders but nice to have anyways

98f774b2ae More font fixes and UI changes
- Lowered step size for decal size and depth to 1cm.
 - Changed default max size to 10m.
 - Text decals now show as a circle if they contain only whitespace.
 - Fixed font name in config and defaulted to Calibri if its missing
